Every quarter DRI Uganda Team meets to discuss, review and learn from one another. Issues discussed include work as well as personal development. Last quarter the team was blessed to learn about self-awareness, self-discovery and personal goal setting. Members expressed gratitude and agreed to develop short term and long-term personal goals.
They were very grateful for this quarterly activity because it helps them to always learn something new on issues concerning work as well as their personal lives.
Staff development is one of the pillars of DRI Uganda.
